| Stall fabrication and erection | 22nd June 2022, 09:00 am onwards and must be completed before 6:00 pm on 23rd June 2022. |
| Electrical power supply to stalls | 1:00 pm on 23rd June 2022 |
| Exhibition closing | 6:00 pm on 27th June 2022 |
| Dismantling of machines | Upto 28th June 2022 - 10:00 pm |
